Ingredients
4 ea parsnips, peeled and quartered
4 cl garlic, roasted
1 sprig fresh rosemary
olive oil
salt
Instructions
Vacuum pack with the remaining ingredients.
Sous-vide the package at 194 for 30 minutes.
Plate and serve.
